Mason liked seeing all the fish and everything, but his favorite part of our trip by far was the boats. We rode green dragon paddle boats and Mase was in heaven despite his straitjacket-style life preserver.

This makes me so excited for this summer. I've gotta get this kid back to the beach.
Alright I'm just picking a few Easter pictures because I'm allllmost caught up here. We aren't too big on Easter anyway, but I do make Mase a basket (mostly because I like any excuse to buy him presents). No way were we making a trip to see that freaky bunny this year - that was traumatizing, mainly for me.
If your toddler is smart enough to read the word "right"

don't you think he'd be able to put his shoes on the right feet without instructions?
This morning I was rushing around, as usual, to get ready for work. Mason was playing with his trains.
Me: "Mase, put your trains away, we're gonna be late!"
He ignored me, so I said, "Mase, come on, now please!"
Mason [staring up at me with an exasperated look]: "Mommy, you need to be a little more... patient."
The flash broke on my Nikon (I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm going to blame a very suspicious looking child), so most of my egg dyeing pictures are giant blurs of toddler hands and Easter eggs. We did do it though, and I managed to get at least a couple pictures to prove it.

I found instructions on Google on how to take apart your D40, fix the flash, and put it back together. Sounds easy enough, but I bought a new point and shoot the other day to keep me from going insane without a camera in the likelihood that I fail miserably. Stay tuned.
"Mooooommmm, I'm talkin' to you!"
Oy. That phrase does not paint a pretty picture of his teenage years.
